*Please check all details carefully before ordering - especially the size measurements of art prints. We strongly suggest using a physical ruler to estimate dimensions in your room prior to placing order.
We want you to love your Art!
We take care to make sure every product is 100% perfect. Keeping in mind that all products are printed in small batches by a local small business:
- Greeting cards are not returnable, as they are very susceptible to damage in return shipping. If you have a very serious problem with your greeting cards, reach out within 15 days of receiving order.
- All returns for Art Prints must be initiated within 15 days of when item is received for full refund, and must be in original resaleable condition. Use the Return Form to reach out.
- Returns are accepted on damaged or otherwise compromised Art Prints, & must be submitted within 15 days. Submit your request using the form in order to receive a full refund or merchandise credit. Please submit photos documenting damage on arrival, if applicable. For any other issues or requests, please use the Return Form to reach out.
- Returns are not accepted on Art Commissions.
- Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item for return. Please use tracking with return shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. Beyond 30 days, no returns or exchanges are allowed, under any circumstance.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED BY USING THE RETURN FORM. Please state the order number & reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
